搜狐體育消息 ，北京時間4月27日，益石據足球報消息 ，笑天原本計劃加盟上海申花的加盟石笑天和李鬆益，由於申花被國際足聯禁止注冊新援 ，重庆知数很有可能加盟重慶兩江競技隊 。归队
對於重慶兩江競技來講，李松李鬆益和石笑天的益石到來 ，顯得有些突然 ，笑天但從球隊目前位置所需來講，加盟也比較合理。重庆知数在門將位置上 ，归队重慶隊內隻有40歲的李松鄧小飛當打 ，新賽季也默認為是益石一號門將 ，引進一名新的笑天中生代門將也是球隊目前所需 。而李鬆益作為上賽季在津門虎大放異彩的後場球員之一 ，他的到來 ，也正好可以彌補楊帥離隊後 ，重慶隊後防線的空虛。
由於兩人封閉在申花基地隨隊訓練 ，什麽時候能夠到重慶與球隊合練 ，目前還是未知數。
