Apple already announced a slew of products in 2020, but the tech giant isn't done quite yet. On Monday, the company sent out invites to the press (Mashableincluded) confirming it has "one more thing" to announce on Nov. 10 at 10 a.m. PST via a livestream from Apple Park.
The invitations are super vague, but it's highly likely the event will be centered around Apple's first Mac with its very own silicon. The transition from Intel to an in-house chip was first revealed back in June at the 2020 Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC).

And, with only a couple of months left in 2020, it's safe to say it looks like Apple is finally ready to unveil it.
Switching to its own processor comes with a variety of advantages, including better performance, optimized battery life, and lower power consumption. Since the chip will have a similar architecture to the processor on both the iPhone and iPad, developers will also have an easier time creating and optimizing apps for Apple's products across the board.
Of course, we'll have to wait until the event to find out exactly what Apple has in store for its upcoming Mac lineup. But with all the iPhones, Apple Watches, and iPads already released this year, let's just hope this is also the last thing the company has up its sleeve for this year.
