朱藝發文稱 ：由於未履行應付款義務 ，处罚近日 ，新球國際足聯紀律委員會下達了對天津津門虎足球俱樂部的转会专家注册轉會禁令。自即日起天津津門虎足球俱樂部將不能再注冊新球員 ，天津直到完全履行義務解除禁令為止 。津门即日
天津津門虎此前官宣從國安引進了自由身的虎遭巴頓 ，但畢竟巴頓並不是处罚“新球員”，個人估計不受影響 。新球但津門虎是转会专家注册在去年臨時複活的球隊 ，其梯隊已解散殆盡，天津禁令之下想靠自身輸血來豐富新賽季陣容 ，津门即日還是有不少難度 。
