新賽季女超聯賽共十支球隊參賽 ，支球比賽分為4個階段進行雙循環積分賽，队参共進行18輪比賽 。新赛根據賽製 ，季女加本賽季女超聯賽降級名額為0.5個 ，超月升降級附加賽采取單場決勝的日海方式 。
