2.撒上1/2茶匙鹽將雞肉條抓醃均勻
3.在碗中放入椰絲取雞肉條均勻裹上後放入烤盤
4.烤箱以230度烤約12~15分鍾至椰絲金黃雞肉熟透
5.蜜瓜醬汁 :取50g哈密瓜加入2湯匙蘋果醋 、2湯匙橄欖油、鸡肉1湯匙蜂蜜、沙拉1/4茶匙鹽以攪拌器攪拌至醬汁順滑
6.將混合蔬菜 、雞肉 、椰丝哈密瓜 、鸡肉櫻桃組盤後淋入適量醬汁即可
