前晚，粤媒有序中國足協在官網發布聲明表示 ，各级部分網絡自媒體近日宣稱的联赛“國足各級聯賽暫停”等相關消息為假新聞 。中國足協各級職業聯賽正在有序籌備中 。筹备超
中國足協在聲明中指出 ：“近日 ，中中有網絡自媒體曝出所謂‘總局指示：國足各級聯賽暫時停賽 ，望月製定規劃’等消息 。底揭中國足協確認 ，粤媒有序包含該消息在內的各级相關文章內容均為杜撰 。對於這種憑空捏造假新聞的联赛惡劣行為 ，我會表示譴責 ！筹备超”足協還表示 ：“中國足協各級職業聯賽正在有條不紊地籌備中 ，中中希望廣大關心中國足球的望月朋友們繼續支持中國足協各級職業聯賽的正常進行 。”
上月23日 ，底揭中國足協、粤媒有序中足聯籌備組召集中超、中甲、中乙三級聯賽俱樂部代表舉行線上工作會議，商議各級國內職業聯賽籌備及競賽計劃安排事宜 ，其中內容包括商討恢複主客場的可行性。根據計劃 ，中超聯賽有望在今年4月底揭幕 。
