Well, here's just one way to stand out from your peers.
An ad promoting a luxury home in the Sydney, Australia suburb of Padstow is getting plenty of attention on the internet, thanks to how utterly over the top it is.
The video, initially posted by real estate agency LJ Hooker Bankstown, features a significant amount of choreographed dancing and jumping on benchtops. Why? Beats us.
People had some uh, interesting reactions to the video.

Real estate agent Sam Nader told The Guardianthat he does videos when he sells a property, and that it works.
"Video gets attraction to the property, and the whole point of real estate is to get as many eyes as possible on the property," he told the publication. "It was supposed to be funny. Whether it’s funny, it’s rude or its sexy, every video I do is different."
Good idea or otherwise, whoever ends up buying this house also ends up buying a slice of internet history. Yes, you may put that on the listing.
