陳戌源表示 ：“俱樂部名稱非企業化從2015年國務院頒布相關文件以來已經第6年 ，上港已經講了5-6年 ，更名国安為什麽推動不了 ，海港会继我覺得應該要解決 ，续使因為俱樂部中性名有利於俱樂部的陈戌健康成長 。我們成立了中性名審核部門 ，源不用中國足協包括我本人對名稱審核不發表任何評論 ，赞成北京國安名字很有可能繼續使用。上港”
陳戌源 ：我離開上港後就不問上港隊的更名国安事了 ，我不發表意見 。海港会继坦率說我也不讚成上海海港這個名字 。续使但這個是陈戌中性名專家委員會審核認為符合規定的。
