卡達國王塔米姆（Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani）今天表示 ，为球卡達已經兌現承諾 ，迷办辦了一屆「非凡」的届非世界盃足球賽 。

但卡達也因人權紀錄和外籍勞工待遇而遭到嚴厲批評 。
