曹盛目前26歲，青岛他司職右邊鋒或右前衛 ，海牛也能打左邊鋒 、泰山左前衛 。边卫本赛报名在2013年的租借中乙中超12月份 ，彼時18歲的加盟季曹盛來到了山東魯能泰山(山東泰山)U21隊 ，此後曹盛前往葡萄牙踢球 。青岛2020年10月 ，海牛曹盛租借加盟淄博蹴鞠隊 ，泰山此後在2020年年底回到了泰山隊 。边卫本赛报名
此前曹盛被租借到淄博蹴鞠，租借中乙中超本賽季曹盛回歸泰山隊 ，不過泰山隊並沒有給他在一線隊報名。中乙間歇期，曹盛已經開始跟隨青島海牛隊一起訓練 。6月30日，海牛以海報的形式宣布前國腳肖智加盟 ，曹盛、肖智的加盟也將讓海牛隊實力得到很大的提升 ，海牛衝甲的希望也是大增。
