北京時間9月7日 ，曝中根據網友“jokerrr6”透露 ，乙昆月中乙昆明鄭和船工俱樂部已經欠薪長達7個月 。明郑
該網友寫道 ：
昆明鄭和船工足球俱樂部（前身雲南昆陸足球俱樂部）如今已拖欠俱樂部運動員、和船教練員 、工欠行政工作人員工資長達七個月 。开始
最早在中乙聯賽開打前俱樂部高層相關人員承諾會補齊 ，借高但在聯賽第一循環結束以後俱樂部以母公司近況不佳延遲工資發放。利贷在七月份的度日第二循環比賽賽區中及八月初第一階段比賽結束後有關負責人口頭承諾會發放部分工資，但最終也沒有落實。曝中
八月二十六日 ，乙昆月俱樂部投資人承諾九月二號發放工資，明郑可是和船到了九月二號同樣以各種理由來應付 。不僅是工欠工資 ，寫在合同裏的开始獎金俱樂部相關負責人更是隻字不提 。去年球隊裏的雲南籍隊員就是因為準入簽字之後去找俱樂部索要應得的利益 ，最後被告知不與其續約。
本人還聽說其球隊裏的隊員因為沒有收入來源被迫退役轉行 ，有的鋌而走險開始借高利貸 ，甚至有的已經開始送外賣來維持生計 。
希望俱樂部的高層相關負責人信守承諾 ，不要成為老賴 ，也希望有關單位 、社會企業能幫一下這些想為雲南增添光彩的足球人 ！
