北京時間10月20日 ，曝林據房地產博主“廣州樓市發布”爆料 ，祥叶前國腳郜林位於珠江新城匯悅台的倩文豪宅近日以1.29億人民幣的價格賣出，相當於單價約29.7萬/平成交 。夫妇
據多個信源透露稱 ，接盘近万中國香港明星林子祥葉倩文夫婦是郜林郜林豪宅的買家。2016年 ，豪宅當時效力於廣州恒大的年净郜林花費4000多萬買下該房子 ，麵積為437平米 ，曝林4室2廳設計，祥叶當時的倩文市場價每平米10萬元 ，今年7月 ，夫妇郜林開價1.45億出售豪宅 ，接盘近万隨後降價至1.29億 ，郜林此番成交，豪宅6年淨賺將近9000萬 。
