白岩鬆 ：“您到了享天倫之樂的足协年齡 ，但為什麽還幹這麽難的任职人工作？”
陳戌源 ：“我到足協工作接近2年，在企業46年 ，前都開玩笑講 ，骂别以前都是经也我罵別人 ，沒有別人罵我 。后悔在足協工作一年多 ，陈戌有過彷徨 ，源谈有過猶豫 ，足协但現在隻想堅持把它做好 。任职人為了我追求的前都社會責任，希望為足球做點什麽 。骂别我也打過退堂鼓 ，经也也曾經後悔過 ，但現在很堅定，不後悔 。”
