11月3日中午 ，青岛青島足球隊官方宣布 ，队赴青島隊全隊集結出發奔赴上海 ，上海生球隊將在上海進行為期一個月的拉练集訓，備戰12月開賽的备战中超聯賽 。
球隊將於12月初返回青島 ，中超為12月中旬開始的冠军保級組較量做最後的備戰 。在上海期間 ，或月球隊主要以體能儲備以及強化技戰術為主 ，日产此外球隊也會通過熱身賽來檢驗訓練效果 。青岛
