楊家威寫道 ：中國足協你們好，申诉蘇寧已經退出中超 ，无果那麽之前我們提交的江苏件去仲裁請求也已經無法繼續在中國足協受理 ，應為合同原因當地的队球多次相關仲裁機構需要你們出示一張中國足協不予受理的文件 ，這樣我們才能拿著這個文件去當地的员质仲裁機構去仲裁 ，但是询足协需多次聯係你們後無果 ，還望中國足協能有相關部門來處理這個事情謝謝
