本賽季 ，李铁莱科海港戰績不佳 ，取代目前僅取得7勝4平4負的执教戰績 ，積25分排名第8 ，海港落後領頭羊武漢三鎮18分 。媒体面據了解，人暂在萊科技戰術和用人的問題上，海港方麵還是和主教練進行了溝通 ，但也就是僅限於“溝通”層麵，但如果在武磊和巴爾加斯加入球隊後 ，海港隊還是表現低迷的話，那麽為了實現拿下足協杯的目標，不排除俱樂部最終選擇換帥的決定 。
但是關於海港隊換帥的消息 ，媒體人宋承良表示暫時沒有這方麵的的信息 。
