Alistar's new Moo Cow skin is pretty great and rather appropriate for the half-bull, half-man tank even if it does make him less intimidating.

Who knew Kog'Maw's body was so similar to a pug's? Pug'Maw is definitely the most transformative of the April Fool's Day skins, turning Kog'Maw into an adorably deadly pup. He has a new tennis ball to play with and now rubs his butt along the ground like any good dog would.
Take to the Rift with the brand-new Renektoy, now with 14 points of articulation! Renekton has turned into a brightly colored action figure that looks it's been pulled straight out of He-Man's rogues gallery. Hopefully batteries are included.
It looks like Kennen has been reading a lot of comic books lately and traded away his stealthy look for a more superhero-like vibe. Super Kennen turns the electrified little ninja into what looks like a variation of the Flash, except instead of moving fast, Super Kennen throws electric bolts.
This year's April Fool's Day skins don't have a set release date, but expect them to come out around April 1, available to purchase for varying costs of RP.
