馬燦傑出生於2001年 ，签约前卫球助貴州隊青訓出品 。马灿2019年代表貴州恒豐U19隊參加青超聯賽U19B組的杰中甲出比賽 ，上賽季獲貴州隊一線隊報名初登職業聯賽 ，川牛场次在中甲出場25次 ，官宣攻攻入4球並送出2次助攻。签约前卫球助
馬燦傑表示 ：
“非常高興能加入四川九牛俱樂部 ，马灿感謝俱樂部的杰中甲出信任 ，希望在未來的川牛场次賽季裏能夠和球隊一起取得優異的成績 ！”
主教練塞爾吉奧·洛貝拉表示 ：
“馬燦傑是官宣攻一位潛力出眾的年輕隊員，比賽欲望強烈 ，签约前卫球助在場上有鮮明的马灿個性和特點 。希望他能盡快融入球隊的杰中甲出戰術體係 ，獲得進一步的成長和提高 。”
