國際足聯與歐足聯決定 ，足联所有俄羅斯隊伍 ，官方包括國家隊與俱樂部球隊將被禁止參加國際足聯與歐足聯旗下的禁止家队俱乐加比賽 ，直到另行通知為止。俄罗國際足聯理事會主席團和歐足聯執行委員會今天通過了這些決定 ，斯国事這兩個機構是部参在此類緊急事項上的最高決策機構 。
