今日的队快北京 ，陽光不燥，可参微風正好 我們的球队陽光男孩@侯永永Johnhou7 也歸隊訓練了 。
雖然今天隻是国安官方進行了一些簡單的變速跑和有球訓練，但國安隊醫組表示 ，宣布侯永永的侯永合练康複情況好於預期 ，很快就可以參與到全隊合練中 。永归
