昨日 ，足协2021賽季足協杯正賽在北京舉行抽簽儀式 ，杯首32支球隊分成四組，轮月分別在長春、日开大連 、赛决赛明濟南和梅州四個賽區打響 ，年月廣州隊、单场定胜廣州城及深圳隊分別在濟南賽區 、足协梅州賽區和長春賽區，杯首半決賽前不會相遇 。轮月
根據安排 ，日开每個賽區8支球隊 。赛决赛明第一輪比賽從10月13日開始 ，年月實行單場淘汰賽 ，单场定胜獲勝的足协16支球隊晉級 。第二輪也是單場淘汰賽 ，獲勝的8支球隊晉級 。從第三輪開始 ，所有比賽在大連賽區進行 ，1/4決賽為兩回合淘汰賽 ，半決賽同樣是兩回合淘汰賽 。決賽為單場定勝負 ，將於2022年1月舉行 。

濟南賽區 ：山東泰山 VS 南通支雲 、廣州隊 VS 青島青春島 、武漢隊 VS 丹東騰躍 、青島隊 VS 昆山隊
梅州賽區 ：梅縣球鄉 VS 河南嵩山龍門 、重慶兩江競技 VS 武漢三鎮 、廣州城 VS 成都蓉城、北京國安 VS 四川九牛
長春賽區：長春亞泰 VS 浙江隊、上海申花 VS 四川民足 、滄州雄獅 VS 淄博蹴鞠 、深圳隊 VS 陝西俑士超越
大連賽區：大連人 VS U-20國足 、天津津門虎 VS 北京北體大 、河北隊 VS 陝西長安競技 、上海海港 VS 西安駿狼
