北京時間2021年9月9日 ，国青西班牙加泰羅尼亞大區薩瓦德爾U19A隊官方宣布 ，队长队出來自中國的珂留17歲年輕球員何小珂正式加盟 ，何小珂出自魯能足校 ，洋加年少成名 ，盟加目前是泰地中國國青隊的隊長 ，也是区球國內2004年齡段的佼佼者 。
何小珂2004年1月出生於北京 ，自鲁10歲時加入魯能足校，国青在場上司職前鋒。队长队出2019年，珂留何小珂以隊長身份率領中國國少隊打進亞少賽決賽圈 ，洋加已多次入選各級國家隊 。盟加
2020年4月14日 ，泰地何小珂宣布留洋塞爾維亞的区球貝爾格萊德紅星 。此番加盟的薩瓦德爾U19A隊本賽季將參加西班牙U19榮譽聯賽 ，該聯賽規定隻有年滿18歲的球員參賽 ，所以何小珂本賽季並不能代表球隊出戰 。
