上海申花在大連集訓已有兩周的申花身日上海時間 ，主教練崔康熙的大连队热訓練重心逐漸向技戰術方麵靠攏 。周四進行的集训将北折返跑測試當中 ，全隊球員都達到了1分5秒的青岛全队及格線 。針對聯賽第一階段出現的申花身日上海問題，教練組每天都會安排對應的大连队热技戰術訓練內容 。
大連集訓的集训将北第三周，球隊將會進行實戰演練 ，青岛全队7月6日和9日 ，申花身日上海申花將分別與北體大和青島隊進行兩場教學賽 。大连队热7月10日 ，集训将北全隊將返回上海做聯賽開始前的最後準備 。
