It's an understandable slip of the tongue for two movies that are up for multiple awards — only it's even more of an awkward mistake, as it wasn't the first time in the night someone called it Hidden Fences. Michael Keaton is the new Jenna Bush Hager.
But many are also calling attention to the fact that Hidden Figuresand Fencesare films powered by black women. Twitter definitely took notice, and reacted accordingly.
