3月11日 ，官方山東省足球運動協會官方宣布 ，足校张涛主帅曾带魯能足校教練張濤正式出任山東成年女足主教練 。教练
張濤 ，出任出崔亞足聯A級教練員 ，山东曾效力於北京首鋼 、女足大連順發 、鹏王廈門遠華、永珀北京大華幫等職業足球俱樂部 。官方
作為魯能足校元老級教練，足校张涛主帅曾带1999年魯能足校建校以來張濤就是教练第一批教練 。作為冠軍教練 ，出任出崔張濤教練先後帶領球隊奪得了二十餘個冠軍 ，山东帶出了周海濱、女足崔鵬 、鹏王王永珀 、何小柯等球員 。去年的十四運賽場 ，張濤帶領山東女足青年隊獲得第四名 ，取得了山東女足青年隊在全運曆史上的突破 。
在陝西全運會中 ，山東成年女足取得第五名的成績。相信張濤教練的加入 ，山東女足勢必將勇攀高峰，彰顯鏗鏘風采 。
