The latest change to Elon Musk's X? TweetDeck — rebranded as XPro — is now a paid service, no longer free to use.
In July, the company's support account posted about a "new, improved version of TweetDeck", stating that in 30 days, users must be verified to use the service — in other words, they must be Blue subscribers.

The change seems to have been implemented as of this week. When searching for TweetDeck or XPro, I was taken straight to a subscription page for Blue (once known as Twitter Blue).
Social media consultant and analyst Matt Navarra wrote that the change is "bad news for social media managers, journalists, and power users." TweetDeck, a social media dashboard of sorts, offers tools like organizing tweets, juggling multiple accounts, and accessing crucial engagement and real-time stats.
