2019年 ，菲利菲利克斯以1.26億歐的遭球高價從葡超轉會至西甲豪門馬競 ，加盟至今共出戰73場比賽 ，迷侮累計4764分鍾 ，辱被打入19球助攻8次 。大骂本賽季 ，雇佣菲利克斯遭遇了長時間的兵滚傷病影響 ，在賽場上的狀態一般 。而目前西甲爭冠形勢非常激烈 ，35輪戰罷 ，馬競以77分位居榜首 ，皇家馬德裏和巴塞羅那均落後2分排在二 、三位 。相較於開賽階段的火熱狀態 ，馬競最近的競技狀態下滑十分嚴重 ，在聯賽僅剩3輪的情況下，麵對身後虎視眈眈的皇馬和巴薩 ，馬競能不能找回昔日的好狀態，成功拿下本賽季西甲冠軍還是一個未知數 。
