本-懷特現年23歲 ，下狮身高189cm，官方国脚司職中後衛 ，阿森可客串右後衛和後腰 。纳签2014年他從南安普頓青訓轉投布萊頓青訓 ，下狮曾被外租至彼得堡聯 、官方国脚紐波特郡 、阿森利茲聯 。纳签上賽季本-懷特各項賽事代表布萊頓出戰39場比賽。
