11月9日 ，马宁明根據阿聯酋足協官方宣布 ，将携十二強賽A組韓國vs阿聯酋的中国组执比賽將由中國裁判馬寧執法，助力裁判也是裁判R裁來自中國的施翔 、曹奕；第四官員是法强沈寅豪 。這場比賽將於北京時間11月11日19:00進行 。赛傅
在執法完這場比賽後，担任馬寧為主的马宁明中國裁判團隊將趕赴約旦安曼 ，執法11月16日敘利亞VS伊朗的将携比賽，另外這場比賽的中国组执視頻助理裁判則是傅明 。
此前國際足聯於從11月1日-5日組織了“2022年卡塔爾世界杯潛在裁判研討會”四大洲足聯的裁判R裁52名裁判參加了這次研討會 ，中國裁判馬寧與助理裁判施翔一起參會 。法强此次會議結束後，赛傅馬寧就馬不停蹄地從多哈趕赴韓國，担任重新出現在12強賽的马宁明執法大軍中 。
