7月16日，前泰前天津泰達球員榮昊網上發文 ，达球队都關於天津津門虎隊(天津泰達)分立提出不滿 ，员讨被欠薪球員已經仲裁兩個月了 ，薪质协仲足協方麵還沒給結果 ，问足之後是裁两不是就沒人管這事了 。
榮昊寫道 ：聽說泰達今天分立了！个月果球也不知道誰有權投票誰沒權，没结就是分立選你進賽區這天開會！今天有人問了欠薪的前泰事，泰達集團一句話也沒提 ，达球队都問題是员讨球員仲裁了中國足協兩個月了也沒有給結果 ！不知道是薪质协仲不是太忙了 ！突然發現也不知道該圈誰？问足因為沒有人會去管這件事 ，對吧 ？裁两
本賽季 ，榮昊加盟中甲武漢三鎮足球俱樂部 。上賽季 ，榮昊最後階段出色發揮幫助球隊成功保級 ，不過因為欠薪問題，榮昊選擇轉會到家鄉球隊 。
