北京時間3月11日消息 ，多名今天 ，前天球员钱外多名前天津津門虎隊球員在微博上發文 ，津球想泰達集團討要2020年的员发援告欠薪 。
肖智 、文讨完鄭凱木 、薪跟惠家康等多名球員發文表示 ：2020年在疫情封閉的中国賽製下大家齊心協力為天津足球保住了留在中超的資格 。麵對疫情等狀況大家都很理解 ，说没也並沒有太多怨言 ，多名泰達集團也承認工資的前天球员钱外欠款並開具還款計劃書 ，大家就一直等待，津球如今已經快兩年了 ，员发援告又得知外援欠款的文讨完薪酬都已經因為國際足聯處罰會影響轉會而立馬支付 。而國內球員討薪無門，薪跟十分無奈。中国跟中國球員說沒錢 外援告完就有錢 。隊員們當時的薪酬也是降薪後的工作報酬 。還望相關部分給予關注並督促盡快解決！
