春節長假過後 ，亚泰元宵洋各行各業都進入開工狀態 ，节后集结長春亞泰隊也將在元宵節後進入新賽季的海口会合備戰節奏——2月16日 ，亞泰將士將在海口集結 ，开启隨國家隊征戰世界杯亞洲區12強賽的备战長春亞泰主教練陳洋及球員譚龍在結束蘇州的隔離訓練後趕往海口 ，與球隊會合 。主教
因2021賽季中超聯賽跨年舉行 ，练陈長春亞泰於2022年1月5日聯賽結束後正式進入假期 。球队雖然教練組給球隊放假6周，亚泰元宵洋但同時又給所有球員留了寒假作業。节后集结按照教練組計劃 ，海口会合球員在假期中進行自訓 ，开启訓練內容分為有氧跑和力量訓練 ，备战教練組通過球員上傳的主教訓練視頻進行監督和考核 。
此外 ，练陈為了保障球員的安全 ，俱樂部和教練組在放假前要求每名球員嚴格遵守國家疫情防控的規定 ，以及長春亞泰隊假期管理規定 ，盡量減少人員流動 ，認真做好個人防護和疫情防範工作 ，不得前往高風險地區 ，確保新賽季備戰工作順利進行 。
距離重新集結還有一周 ，亞泰將士目前還在享受假期 ，但根據教練組反饋的信息 ，亞泰將士的寒假作業完成的情況不錯 ，所有球員均按照訓練要求完成了自訓內容。
