達韋爾薩曾執掌帕爾馬四年多的尔马時間 ，帶隊從意丙完成兩級跳 ，跳级升上意甲 ，官方並且保級成功 ，桑普帅上堪稱帕爾馬重建的多利带帕功勳人物之一 。
去年夏天 ，亚宣達韋爾薩因為與高層分歧離任 ，布新但是尔马冬窗重又“二進宮”執掌帕爾馬，這次他也沒能挽救球隊，跳级期間創下9連敗、官方11輪不勝的恥辱戰績 ，最終帕爾馬名列意甲第20降級。
桑普多利亞上賽季最終戰績名列意甲第9 ，落後第7的羅馬與第8的薩索洛10分 。
