做法一:
1.將基圍蝦去腿爪 ,用調味品醃製入味。油炸蔥薑洗淨均切成末。基围大蒜去皮洗淨剁成蒜蓉。做法
2.將油鍋燒熱,大全投入蒜蓉並迅速撈出,油炸控淨油脂備用 。基围
3.鍋內加油燒至七成熱時 ,做法將蝦炸至皮脆 ,撈出 。
4.另起鍋 ,加油燒熱 ,蔥薑爆香,加豆豉 、幹辣椒、炸蒜蓉及炸好的蝦炒勻即成。

做法二:
1,基圍蝦衝洗幹淨, 薑切片, 蔥切段
2,鍋裏放水燒開, 放薑, 蔥, 適量鹽, 少量白酒, 水煮沸時放入蝦, 燒至蝦殼變紅關火, 撈出瀝幹水份擺盤
3,鍋燒熱, 放鮮貝露, 生抽, 醋, 甜辣醬, 糖, 小火燒開到湯汁濃稠關火放涼, 放入薑絲即可

1、斑節蝦去須、腳 ,剝開腹部;麵包切成丁。
2、斑節蝦、麵包丁用油炸成金黃色 ,瀝幹油。
